Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

To return a product at Mushroom Patch, LTD you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This can be done by emailing our returns department at RETURNS, or by telephone.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Nature of the problem

In general, Mushroom Patch accepts returns on merchandise from purchaser within 30 days of SHIPMENT of that order/item(s). However, Mushroom Patch reserves the right to authorize product return beyond 30 days from the SHIPMENT date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • A FULL CASH REFUND
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Mushroom Patch on returned items, and Mushroom Patch will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s).

Returns within 30 days from receiving date can be exchanged, replaced, refunded or credited at Mushroom Patch, Ltd discretion unless an RMA is assigned to the return. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
